This soup is soupalicious! Add 500 g green peas, 1 chopped yellow onion, 2 smashed garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons vegetable bullion, 4 dl water to a pot. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add 3 dl soy cream, ruccola leaves and pepper and mix it to a creamy soup. Eat with some ruccola leaves and chick peas. Perfect lunch!
