bild-6This soup is soupalicious! Add 500 g green peas, 1 chopped yellow onion, 2 smashed garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons vegetable bullion, 4 dl water to a pot. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add 3 dl soy cream, ruccola leaves and pepper and mix it to a creamy soup. Eat with some ruccola leaves and chick peas. Perfect lunch!

There are 3 authors I love so much that I go back to their books again and again and when I haven’t read anything of them for a while I long for them so much and go back to just read some pages or phrases in their books.

Sara Stridsberg.

Jonathan Safran Foer. “I feel too much. That’s what’s going on.’ ‘Do you think one can feel too much? Or just feel in the wrong ways?’ ‘My insides don’t match up with my outsides.’ ‘Do anyone’s insides and outsides match up?’ ‘I don’t know. I’m only me.’ ‘Maybe that’s what a person’s personality is: the difference between the inside and outside.’ ‘But it’s worse for me.’ ‘I wonder if everyone thinks it’s worse for him.’ ‘Probably. But it really is worse for me.”

Ludmilla Petrushevskaya. There once lived a father who couldn’t find his children. He went everywhere, asked everyone – had his little children come running in here? But whenever people responded with the simplest of questions – ‘What do they look like?’, ‘What are their names?’, ‘Are they boys or girls?’ – he didn’t know how to answer. He simply knew that his children were somewhere, and he kept looking.”

Also, another book like this is Bilbo. Ha ha. Read it every Christmas for 7 years. Now I have to see the movie!

I really want these candles from Cire Trudon to add a little history to my candle lit TV evenings. Cire Trudon is the oldest candle manufacturer in the world, providing light for the courts of Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette. Perfect! And no, one candle is not enough.
